JMLCLEAN ENERGYBRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA Let’s talk

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE. GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY.

Power your
next chapter.

Practical clean energy solutions for the places we work, the vessels we operate, and the communities we call home.

JML connects British Columbia businesses with battery technology and the expertise to shape a viable energy project.

ENERGY, PUT TO WORK

Store it.

Move with it.

Make more of it.

01 / SOLUTIONS

Start with the need.
Build the right system.

Every site and vessel is different. We start with your operating requirements, then connect the battery, power conversion and integration decisions.

01

COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL

Energy storage

Explore battery storage to manage peak demand, use more on-site solar, and support critical loads with the right backup design.

  • Warehouses & commercial buildings
  • Cold storage & food processing
  • Manufacturing & fleet depots
Discuss a storage project
02

MARINE & WATERFRONT

Marine electrification

Develop a battery and charging concept around your vessel’s duty cycle, route, available space and time alongside.

  • Workboats & water taxis
  • Fishing vessels & small ferries
  • Shore charging & port operations
Explore your vessel’s potential
03

SOLAR, STORAGE & CHARGING

Integrated power

Bring generation, batteries, controls and charging into one project plan for sites with changing energy needs.

  • Farms & greenhouses
  • Rural properties & communities
  • EV charging & constrained sites
Plan an integrated system

BATTERY TECHNOLOGY

Global battery expertise.
A local project perspective.

JML’s technology focus includes EVE Energy battery solutions for stationary storage and marine applications. We help translate your operating requirements into a focused supplier and integration discussion.

02 / OUR LOCAL FOCUS

From the waterfront
to the Fraser Valley.

Our market starts close to home: the businesses, marine operators and agricultural communities powering British Columbia.

We focus on practical projects with a clear operational need and a measurable outcome—whether that is reducing a demand peak, supporting a critical load or planning a vessel’s transition to electric power.

03 / OUR APPROACH

A clear path from
idea to decision.

Good projects begin with the right questions. Our development approach brings the commercial case and technical requirements together early.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Your operation first.

Review your site or vessel, energy use, constraints and priorities. Agree on what success needs to look like.

02 / EVALUATE

Test the project fit.

Compare system options, integration needs and indicative economics. Identify the engineering and approval work required.

03 / COORDINATE

Define the delivery plan.

Clarify supplier scope, local delivery responsibilities, commissioning and service arrangements before committing.

PILOT & DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS

Have a site where clean energy can prove its value?

We welcome conversations with site owners, marine operators and technical partners about a carefully scoped demonstration.

04 / ABOUT JML

A bridge between
technology and place.

JML Clean Energy Inc. brings a Canadian market perspective to global battery and clean energy opportunities.

Founded by Jim Luo, JML focuses on connecting customer requirements, battery supply and project development. Our priority is to help local businesses make informed decisions and establish a practical path to implementation.

For each project, we work toward a clear division of responsibility between equipment suppliers, qualified engineering professionals, installers and the customer.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

What information helps assess my project?

For a site, start with the location, utility bills or interval data, electrical service details, critical loads and your intended timeline. For a vessel, share route length, duty cycle, propulsion requirements and charging opportunities. An initial discussion can begin with whatever you already have.

Can battery storage reduce my electricity bill?

It depends on your tariff, demand profile, dispatch strategy and total installed cost. We start with actual operating data to evaluate the business case. Savings and payback are project-specific.

Can a battery provide backup or off-grid power?

Potentially. Backup and off-grid operation require a suitable system architecture, including compatible power conversion, controls and isolation equipment. A grid-connected battery does not automatically keep a site running during an outage.

Are all product configurations ready for installation in Canada?

Product suitability is assessed for each project. Electrical compatibility, certification, interconnection, site requirements and the installation scope must be confirmed before procurement. Marine projects also require vessel-specific engineering and an agreed approval path.
